Measure your toxic burden. Restore your resilience. Detox & Restore is a comprehensive 12-week environmental medicine program designed to identify hidden toxic exposures, support your body's natural detoxification systems, and improve cellular health.
Patients rarely become sick from one toxin. They become sick when their toxic burden exceeds their body's ability to detoxify. Rather than guessing, we test first, open your drainage pathways, lower your toxic load with targeted therapies, and then retest so your progress is measurable.
Your supplement, detox, and nutrition protocols are built around your individual findings and adjusted through weekly health coaching and monthly provider visits. At the end of the program we repeat the same panel and compare it side by side with your baseline, so your progress is measured objectively rather than guessed at, and you leave with a maintenance plan built for your exposures.
Detoxification backfires when the body has nowhere to send what it mobilizes. Before we lower your toxic burden, we support liver function, bile flow, gut health, kidney function, lymphatic circulation, and nutrition, so your body can safely process and eliminate what we release rather than recirculating it.
We start with a comprehensive environmental exposure assessment and the Vibrant Total Tox Burden Panel instead of assuming which toxins are involved. A 60-minute provider lab review walks you through exactly what showed up, what it means, and how it connects to the symptoms you came in with. Your results, not a generic protocol, determine what happens next.
Unlike many detox programs, we don't believe in guessing. We believe in testing, personalizing, and measuring results. Every decision in this 12-week program is built on four principles, so you finish with proof of what actually changed.
Detox & Restore is a 12-week environmental medicine program. It includes a comprehensive provider intake and environmental exposure assessment, the Vibrant Total Tox Burden Panel run twice (before and after), and a 60-minute provider lab review.
From there you receive a personalized supplement protocol with 20% off supplements, weekly health coaching and nutritionist consults, monthly 30-minute provider follow-up visits, 3 EBO2 treatments (one per month), 6 IV therapies (two per month), and a customized maintenance plan at the end of the program.
Twelve weeks, in four steps. Step one is your intake, environmental exposure assessment, testing, and 60-minute lab review. Step two opens your drainage pathways with a personalized supplement protocol, a nutrition consultation, weekly health coaching, and targeted dietary changes.
Step three begins targeted detoxification, with roughly one EBO2 treatment and two IV therapies per month alongside your provider follow-up visits. Step four is your repeat panel, final provider consultation, side-by-side comparison of your results, and a personalized maintenance plan.
Symptoms connected to environmental exposure tend to be vague and overlapping, which is exactly why they get missed or dismissed. Many patients are surprised to learn their symptoms may be influenced by several exposures at once rather than a single cause. These are the patterns we see most often in patients whose toxic burden turns out to be elevated:
It is a comprehensive laboratory panel that screens for a broad range of environmental toxins, including mold and mycotoxins, heavy metals, and common environmental chemicals. It is where the program starts, because it replaces assumption with data.
We run it twice: once at the beginning to establish your baseline, and again at the end of the program so your initial and follow-up results can be compared side by side. That comparison is what turns a vague sense of feeling better into something measurable.
EBO2, or extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation, is an in-clinic therapy performed once per month during the detoxification phase of the program. IV therapies are delivered twice per month and are used to support hydration, antioxidant defenses, mitochondrial function, and cellular repair while your toxic burden is being lowered.
Both are scheduled only after your drainage pathways have been supported, which is why step two always comes before step three. Detoxification is far better tolerated when the body is genuinely prepared to eliminate what gets mobilized.
It is built for people with persistent symptoms that standard workups have not explained, for people with known or suspected exposure to mold, heavy metals, or environmental chemicals, and for people who want an objective picture of their environmental burden rather than a guess.
The honest answer is that we will not know until we look at your history and your exposures together. That is what a discovery visit is for. We will tell you plainly whether this program is a fit, and if it is not, what we would recommend instead.
"Patients rarely become sick from one toxin. They become sick when their toxic burden exceeds their body's ability to detoxify. Our goal isn't to eliminate every toxin, that's impossible. Our goal is to lower what adds to the burden while improving the body's ability to repair, detoxify, and thrive." — Stacy Welker, MSN, FNP-C, ABAAHP
